About the company
"Meta-Leasing" ltd. - is a reliable and stable company, which offers the effective the individual solutions in the sphere of financing and development of the investment processes.

The company was founded in 2000 by the Vyatka Chamber of the Commerce and Industry in order to develop and renew the production funds and to contribute to the development of business in Kirov region.

The main kind of activity is providing of the property on the terms of finance lease. This kind of activity makes up 100 % of the companies income.

From 2002 "Meta-Leasing" ltd. became the member of the group of companies "ProBusinessConsulting".

From 2007 "Meta-Leasing" ltd. is the member of the Russian leasing companies association (Certificate №237).

The success of the company is based on its distinct aim ant strategy, which is aimed at the system of the long-term finance activity purposes.  It is connected with the high rates of the economical development and competition.

At the end of 2007 "Meta-Leasing" ltd. decided the extend its nominal capital. The number of company's members also extended, which made the company more attractive for the partners. New members of the company influenced the corporate culture of the company. among the new company members are prominent Kirov businessmen and European businessmen. Limited company "Meta-Leasing" is the first regional leasing company in Kirov region, consisting of the European companies.

Market entry 
In 2007-2008 "Meta-Leasing" ltd. works on the territory of 2 federation subjects: Kirov region and Komi republic. The branch office in Siktivkar was founded  in the December 2006. It functions as the full value branch office and is called - Northern subsidiary "Meta-Leasing".

The company plans to extend its activity on the territory of the Vologda and Arhangelsk region. It will lead to the organization of the regional network.

Keeping the stable and strong financial position

The results of the company's work are really impressive: the business volume in 2007 became 400 mln. roubles. In comparison with 2006 its increase is 203%.

In 2007 the main number of deals - is the leasing of trucks (31%), realty (26%).

The biggest investments were made in the timber and woodworking industry (48%) and building (23%).

In 2008 "Meta-Leasing" plans to make deals for the sum of 450-600 mln. roubles. Within the period of 6 months of 2008 the volume of new business came to 281 mln. roubles. In comparison with 2007 its increase is 228%.

Independent evaluation of the work of "Meta-Leasing" ltd.

The work results of the Russian leasing companies were evaluated by 2 institutions - the rate agency "Expert" and the Russian Association (RA) of leasing companies "Rosleasing".

On the evidence of "Rosleasing" according to the results "Meta-Leasing" ltd. is on the 93rd place among the biggest 118 leasing companies in Russia.

On the rate of  the agency "Expert" "Meta-Leasing" ltd. is on the 90th place among the TOP-130 Russian leasing companies according to the new business volume.

And on the evidence of the Russian association "Expert-Volga" according to the results "Meta-Leasing" ltd. is on the 20th place among the 36 leasing companies of the Volga region, which took part in the rate. And also on the evidence of this association the internet site of "Meta-Leasing" ltd. is in the 1st place according to the informational filling, appearance and comfort of navigation through the web-pages.
